DIA - Dittel Architects develops the gastronomy design as well as the name and corporate design of the "Bar Eduard's" and is responsible for the execution in the "Dorotheen Quartier" in Stuttgart. Named after the Breuninger founder, the new lifestyle bar makes a clear statement in the new quarter. Self-confident and fresh, the design interprets a piece of history and makes the bar the center of the action, just like in the early days of bar culture.
Even from the outside, the bar is unmistakable as such: strong and noble like a glass of Bulleit Burbon, the solid counter body in modern design stands directly at the entrance to the room. The guest finds himself in front of it, the bartender in view, the first glass in his hand.
